The proposed development comprises up to 380 dwellings, associated enabling works, infrastructure, landscaping, open space and the construction of new vehicular access from the A419.

 

Whilst the application will reserve all matters of detail, a Concept Masterplan for the proposed development shows how up to 380 dwellings and associated infrastructure could be accommodated.
