Site Location

The site for the proposed development is  located south of Preston, Cirencester and accessed via the A419.

Site Context

The site extends to around 18.4Ha of land to the south of Preston, Cirencester.

The site is proposed to help meet the housing land supply shortfall of Cotswold District Council and will provide a range of affordable housing.
