An application for outline planning permission for a residential development (up to 380 dwellings) associated enabling works, infrastructure, landscaping, open space and the construction of new vehicular access from the A419 is being prepared.

 

Before the application is submitted to Cotswold District Council, we are seeking the views of the local community on the draft proposals.

 

This public consultation website has been created to present the draft proposals to the local community to receive comments and views on the proposed development.
